  24. Rec.arts.tv is a high volume newsgroup with a wide variety of discussed
  25. topics.  However, a few topics generate more traffic than others.  In order
  26. to allow those who use rn or some other method of pre-selecting articles to
  27. filter out (or save away) postings about these heavy traffic subjects, an
  28. abbreviation scheme has been created.  Please help out by starting your
  29. subject line with one of the following abbreviations when posting about
  30. these topics. For example:
